NO PLAGUE IN THE SECRET PLACE

Rom 8:35-36 NIV “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
 Ps 91:10”no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home.”
   The new testament Prophet Agabus predicted about a severe famine in  Acts 11:28-29 NIV “One of them, named Agabus, stood up and through the Spirit predicted that a severe famine would spread over the entire Roman world. (This happened during the reign of Claudius.) . Famine is a complete failure of the financial system of a nation resulting in scarcity . It is one of the four instruments of divine justice against national sins named in (Ezek 14:21-22).
     A national sin is any culture adopted by the majority in a country as a demonstration of their rebellion or rejection of God’s laws ( Gen. 18 & Gen19 ). God’s laws are designed to protect us from self-destruction; they form the articles of the legal documents that make up the constitution of most democratic nations. History has shown how nations legitimize ideals that are anti-God and with endorsement by some of God’s people (Rom.1:18-32). Romans 2:9NLT says “There will be trouble and calamity for everyone who keeps on doing what is evil..”
       A plague is any fast spreading disease without a cure which eventually gets arrested after repentance. The sources of such diseases are usually unknown. Satan lacks the ability to create a plague (Heb2:15) and no preacher can stop a plague (Isaiah 45:5-9)  .Nothing happens without God's permission . Plagues are stopped only by genuine repentance and obedience . In the old testament , desires ran wild amongst God’s people and they rebelled against Moses thus ,rejected God's protective cover against diseases.  " In the wilderness their desires ran wild, testing God’s patience in that dry wasteland. So he gave them what they asked for, but HE SENT A PLAGUE along with it (Psalms 106:14-15 NLT)  In another instance , the scriptures says  “And Moses said to Aaron .. . The Lord ’s anger is blazing against them—the plague has already begun.”Numbers 16: 1-46 NLTBible
         In the new testament Jesus’ description of a disaster that claimed many lives. " And what about the eighteen people who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them? Were they the worst sinners ..? No, and I tell you again that UNLESS YOU REPENT, you will perish, too.” Luke 13:4-5 NLTBible
        Genuine repentance is the only cure for a plague   James 5: 15-16 NLTBible  " Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. .."  ( 2Chronicles 7:14) . Whenever , there is a plague , those in the secret place are shielded from the plague “.. no plague will come near your home.” Psalm 91:10 .  Lot was saved from the disaster that plagued Sodom and Gomorrah, Daniel from the lion’s den , Job survived the plague likewise Moses and Aaron .These men vigorously pursued after a personal relationship with the Father and were saved from the plague and so shall you be .
Prayer : Heavenly father forgive me of my sins against you , I believe Jesus Christ died and was saved for my salvation , I receive him as lord and savior and receive grace for a consistent walk with your Holy Spirit in the path of safety in Jesus name  .

On investigation it was discovered the church suffered from a vicious cycle of evil family  patterns. They were not enjoying the fruits of the salvation experience . An example of evil family patterns is that of King David who defiled Uriah's wife ,murdered him and his son Absalom murdered his brother Amnon (2Sam13) dethroned him and defiled his concubines openly (2Samuel16). His son Amnon defiled his sister Tamar (2Sam.13) and so on yet David was the anointed of the Lord....

COMMON CAUSES OF DISUNITY.

Proverbs 29:22 NLTBible        Disunity is defined as : disagreement and conflict within a group. It is the greatest hindrance to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Disunity creates an avenue for Satan to promote sin.       The causes of disunity are not farfetched ,they include : Unhealthy Crave for power or self- promotion. Whenever there is an unhealthy pursuit of influence in a family or group it results in resistance. Self-promotion gives birth to unfair practices and injustices. CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF FAITH

Believe!”John 20:27 NLTBible     Faith is the guarantee of the manifestation an unseen reality . It is the reason behind the hope we have in God and the fulfilment of his promises. It is the substance ( title deed) of things hoped for ,the evidence of things not seen (Hebrew 11:1) .The Bible warns against not having faith in God. Lack of faith is equal to calling God a liar and untrustworthy. This type of reasoning turns us into enemy's of God.    The gospel is so much under attack by the activities of faithless religionists . They plan to replace the holy scripture with humanistic dogma.
