RECEIVE GOD'S PEACE NOW !
 John 14:27AMP  "Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.]"
      The English dictionary defines  "peace" as an absence of civil disturbance or hostilities, or a personality free from internal and external strife. The biblical concept of peace is larger than that and rests heavily on the Hebrew root shalam which means "to be complete" or "to be sound."
  The pursuit of peace is the driving force behind our endeavours but reality has shown that material possessions cannot guarantee lasting peace, as a matter of fact the reverse is the case.Peace is the product of casting our worries upon the Lord through prayer and thanksgiving. Problems are part of  life  (Ecc  7:14) . We develop character through life’s problems. However , whenever we  cast our cares on the Lord through faith, then God's peace comes.
        The lack of inner peace is as a result of not trusting the lord enough to handle what has been committed to Him. We should learn to take our cares to the Lord and leave them there. Every believer in Jesus Christ has peace. It is part of our spiritual design . 
       The cares of life blinds us to God's peace and the moment we consciously eliminate cares through confidence in God’s ability to handle what was handed over to Him through prayers and giving thanks, peace automatically flows.
        Being materialistic doesn't just tend toward death, it is death. Marriages, health failure are the effect of a materialism .It is nearly impossible for a materialistic person to find true love.  However, being mindful of God’s spirit in us gives life and peace. The knowledge of God’s will for our lives in all wisdom and spiritual understanding eliminates death and leads to a life of peace.
     True peace comes from God and it is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. The pursuit of self righteousness closes the door to God's peace. Human peace is temporary and costly leading to slavery. For momentary peace some persons have found themselves enslaved to evil vices. Man never gives peace for free, it will always be in exchange for you liberty. But God's peace is independent of circumstances and immeasurable in supply than any problem we could ever imagine. God has given us His supernatural peace to enjoy. Receive peace now as you read this in Jesus name.

COMMON CAUSES OF DISUNITY.

Proverbs 29:22 NLTBible        Disunity is defined as : disagreement and conflict within a group. It is the greatest hindrance to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Disunity creates an avenue for Satan to promote sin.       The causes of disunity are not farfetched ,they include : Unhealthy Crave for power or self- promotion. Whenever there is an unhealthy pursuit of influence in a family or group it results in resistance. Self-promotion gives birth to unfair practices and injustices. CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF FAITH

Believe!”John 20:27 NLTBible     Faith is the guarantee of the manifestation an unseen reality . It is the reason behind the hope we have in God and the fulfilment of his promises. It is the substance ( title deed) of things hoped for ,the evidence of things not seen (Hebrew 11:1) .The Bible warns against not having faith in God. Lack of faith is equal to calling God a liar and untrustworthy.
