Matt 4:19 "Come, follow me," Jesus said, "and I will make you fishers of men." NIV
    Followers of Christ have been given the assignment of inviting those who have not  made a commitment to live for Christ into God’s kingdom. It is for this sole purpose that we receive answers to our prayers.  Jesus gave “the Great Commission” to all believers in Jesus Christ:
     The scriptures says in Mark 16:15-16 “ He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation” .  NIV  , we also have a responsibility to tell them about the power of the  Holy Ghost: needed for a victorious Christian life , Acts 1:8 says  “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”  KJV ,  
        There are no exemptions to the preaching of the gospel , Jesus sends all Christians as His labourers and witnesses , the scriptures says in John 15:16 “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you”  the full manifestation of our blessings is premised on our commitment  to the fulfillment of this mandate.
         God commands us without any options to tell the world about our belief;  the  scriptures says in  Acts 4:20 “For we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard."  Telling people about our faith strengthens their faith in Christ, we have a mission to save souls from eternal damnation ; Prov says  14:25 “ A truthful witness saves lives,  but a false witness is deceitful. “ Preaching the gospel brings about sanity in  society and  if we do not ,we would suffer the consequences with them. Corruption in society can only be cured through an ideological revolution that demands a supernatural change of heart : a loss of appetite for sin. This is only possible when people surrender their hearts to Jesus Christ; it goes beyond mere church attendance ; it  is a personal relationship with Christ.
     Placing more attention on membership of a particular Christian church or ministry and the pursuit of signs and wonders against a wholesome Christian character results in hatred ,marital infidelity, fear and corruption in society . Jesus said in Matt 12:39NIV "A wicked and adulterous generation asks for a miraculous sign!"
      God wants to work miracles through you (Isaiah 8:18) He turns miracle seekers into miracle workers.   The preaching of the gospel requires boldness therefore we should be filled with the Holy Spirit (2Tim.1:7) He gives us boldness and we should use all that has been given us to reach a hurting world.
 As you make Jesus Christ your saviour and read this now, receive grace to declare God's word with signs and wonders following in Jesus name.

On investigation it was discovered the church suffered from a vicious cycle of evil family  patterns. They were not enjoying the fruits of the salvation experience . An example of evil family patterns is that of King David who defiled Uriah's wife ,murdered him and his son Absalom murdered his brother Amnon (2Sam13) dethroned him and defiled his concubines openly (2Samuel16). His son Amnon defiled his sister Tamar (2Sam.13) and so on yet David was the anointed of the Lord....

COMMON CAUSES OF DISUNITY.

Proverbs 29:22 NLTBible        Disunity is defined as : disagreement and conflict within a group. It is the greatest hindrance to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Disunity creates an avenue for Satan to promote sin.       The causes of disunity are not farfetched ,they include : Unhealthy Crave for power or self- promotion. Whenever there is an unhealthy pursuit of influence in a family or group it results in resistance. Self-promotion gives birth to unfair practices and injustices. CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF FAITH

Believe!”John 20:27 NLTBible     Faith is the guarantee of the manifestation an unseen reality . It is the reason behind the hope we have in God and the fulfilment of his promises. It is the substance ( title deed) of things hoped for ,the evidence of things not seen (Hebrew 11:1) .The Bible warns against not having faith in God. Lack of faith is equal to calling God a liar and untrustworthy. This type of reasoning turns us into enemy's of God.    The gospel is so much under attack by the activities of faithless religionists . They plan to replace the holy scripture with humanistic dogma.
