GOD DOES NOT CONDEMN YOU FOR YOUR SINS

It is common to see persons from dysfunctional homes being relegated to the background in our religious gatherings . Those at the forefront of our church activities are usually those we consider better organized with good education and with good reputation in society . Martha was the exact opposite of this that’s why the scriptural reference of Jesus’ love for Martha is of great significance in Luke 10:38-42 Martha had misplaced priorities , she was caught up with serving instead of devoting time to Jesus.
In that event Jesus chastised Martha for her own good. When the Lord points out our errors even when it hurts it is ultimately for our own good and it eventually brings out the best out of us - We should not consider it as an act of condemnation or rejection. God convicts or disciplines us of sin but He never condemns us.'Condemnation' means to set apart for destruction .
Discipline or correction is solely for our interest with no hatred or malice while condemnation includes punishment and hatred. Satan is behind the condemnation of God's people and by the anointing of the Holy Spirit we can break the yoke of rejection and condemnation. Whenever we are corrected we go through reorientation through the leading of the Holy Spirit through a positive affirmative approach to living a quality life in accordance with God’s will . He does this by projecting our good virtues thus encouraging us to turn from self- abuse to a life of righteousness, dignity and truth. He does not condemn us for sin. The feeling of condemnation is from the devil and leads to self -destruction. Our relationship with the Holy Spirit is the key to overcome guilt and condemnation ( Rom8:1-3 ).

A speedboat cutting through a river at great speed eventually comes to a halt when the engine is turned off. Likewise, the law of sin and death is still at work, therefore, if a Christian shuts off the power of the Spirit of life through a loss of interest in the word of God and begins to walk in the power of his own flesh( selfishness) choosing rather to embrace a worldview, Satan will eventually use the law of sin and death to condemn him and ensure he or she falls . It's not God who condemns us. Receive freedom from guilt and condemnation as you read this now in Jesus name.
