SEX IS DEEPER THAN PLEASURE :IT'S LIFE CHANGING

1 Kings 11:4 NIV  ”As Solomon grew old, his wives turned his heart after other gods, and his heart was not fully devoted to the Lord his God, as the heart of David his father had been.”
       Satan recognizes the power of sexual intercourse and uses it to his advantage ,this is evident from the fact that one cannot go a minute without being bombarded with images of a sexual kind from the world's media. 
      The power of sex in decision making cannot be over emphasized. Eve was the most beautiful and seductive woman of her time,even animals were mesmerized by her beauty:  she persuaded Adam to turn against God in willful surrender to Satan through her sexuality (1Tim 2:14)the use of sexual starvation as a bargaining tool is common among women with great sexuality and influence with negative consequences (1cor.7:5).
    Likewise, King Solomon , despite his wisdom ,became a victim of sexual manipulation (1kings11:1-40) turning his back against God. The fall of these great men lead to great losses and a relegation to a life of untold self -induced hardship.
       Sexual-transmutation is a term used to explain the science behind sex. The word "transmute” means "the changing or transferring of one element, or form of energy, into another." Napoleon Hill said ‘The emotion of sex brings into being a state of mind. The emotion of sex has three constructive potentialities, they are (1) The perpetuation of mankind (2) The maintenance of health, (as a therapeutic agency and (3)The transformation of mediocrity into genius through transmutation.
Sexual transmutation is the switching of the mind from thoughts of physical expression, to thoughts of some other nature (good or evil).
       Sexual desire is the most powerful of human desires. Scientific research has disclosed that  men of greatest achievements (good or evil) are men with highly developed sex natures; men who have learned the art of sex transmutation .Also men who have accumulated great fortunes (legally or illegally) and achieved outstanding recognition in literature, art, industry, architecture, and the professions, were motivated by the influence of a woman. The scripture in Matt 19:3-5 says "..shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?" The act of sexual intercourse between a man and a woman produces this one flesh relationship (1Cor.6:15-16). 
          There’s no such thing as casual sex. Sex with a spiritually impotent person automatically leads to degeneration in one’s devotion to prayer , fellowship, evangelism, and other acts of devotion to God resulting in selfishness and depression.  Whether or not the man and woman ever cleave to each other in marriage; the physical act still binds them together as one flesh. Marriage is beyond  becoming one flesh, in John 4:17-18. Jesus explained that living with and having sex with a person does not automatically make them your husband or wife as the case may be. Marriage involves more than sexual relations. Marriage is a covenant that binds two persons together and when done under God’s guidance, leads to sustainable progress and a glorious destiny.

COMMON CAUSES OF DISUNITY.

Proverbs 29:22 NLTBible        Disunity is defined as : disagreement and conflict within a group. It is the greatest hindrance to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Disunity creates an avenue for Satan to promote sin.       The causes of disunity are not farfetched ,they include : Unhealthy Crave for power or self- promotion. Whenever there is an unhealthy pursuit of influence in a family or group it results in resistance. Self-promotion gives birth to unfair practices and injustices. CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF FAITH

Believe!”John 20:27 NLTBible     Faith is the guarantee of the manifestation an unseen reality . It is the reason behind the hope we have in God and the fulfilment of his promises. It is the substance ( title deed) of things hoped for ,the evidence of things not seen (Hebrew 11:1) .The Bible warns against not having faith in God. Lack of faith is equal to calling God a liar and untrustworthy.
