THE WEAK SHALL BE STRENGTHENED

Isaiah 40: 29 "He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength."
Life is a battle for survival requiring enormous strength to pull through.The scriptures refers to it as wrestling. This is more so, because the life of the Christian runs contrary to what obtains in the world. It's like running against runners in a marathon race.
The perspective on life of the born again believer is mutually exclusive and diametrically opposed to the world's. The world's system thrives on pride and deceit, Romans 3:4 says every man is a liar.The world's culture is characterized by rebellion and it is powered by Satan: the prince of the power of the air. The scriptures says in Ephesians 2:2 "Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:" The world's media rewards and promotes rebellion against God's word ; therefore, persons under the world's influence cannot stay under divine authority .
This is the bane behind the rise in the failures of businesses, marriages, relationships, ministries despite the expertise and wealth of knowledge employed by those involved. A business can only thrive when business plans are followed strictly and this requires passing information through the chain of command. Most Chief executives will admit that the greatest challenge in running an organization is finding staff willing to follow through company's business strategy. Likewise, families where a spouse refuses to follow through scriptural guidelines on how to manage a family soon suffer major losses, such a home is full of fear and incessant complaints. This is as a result of the neglect of God's word and prayers.
We need to be strengthened on a daily bases in order to be equipped to face life's challenges. Isaiah 40:29 says God gives strength to those who are overwhelmed with life's challenges. Therefore, whenever we are weary in a marriage or relationship, we should ask for emotional , physical and spiritual strength to continue according to His will. We should also ask for wisdom to live with difficult persons and not be quick to give up on each other. Living together is easy when we first seek the manifestation of God's righteousness in our homes and businesses.
Divine strength is closely linked to righteousness, sin saps strength off God’s people therefore if there is any area of our lives the Lords is dissatisfied with,we should pray like King David did in Psalm 6: 2 "Have mercy upon me, O Lord; for I am weak: O Lord, heal me; for my bones are vexed." once we retrace our steps, renewed vigour is guaranteed ,the scriptures says in Psalm 18:32" It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect." The devil will oppose our repentance by sending persons who'll mock our decisions to turn a new leaf but they'll be put to shame. The scriptures says in Isaiah 45;24 "Surely, shall one say, in the Lord have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed." This is when we need a pastor who'll join faith with us as Apostle Paul did for the church in Ephesus in Ephesians 3:16" That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;"
With the assurance of the prayers of the saints and the word of God, we have a promise in God's word in 2Cor.4:16 "For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal." You shall definitely rise again.
Prayer : Heavenly Father forgive me for my sins against you, I believe Jesus Christ died and was raised again for my salvation, I receive him as lord and saviour and receive the Holy Spirit and renewed strength in my body ,marriage, businesses, finances and spiritual walk in Jesus name.
