 SEX AND SPIRITUAL EXCELLENCE: SEXUAL TRANSMUTATION 
1 Kings 11:4 NIV  ”As Solomon grew old, his wives turned his heart after other gods, and his heart was not fully devoted to the Lord his God, as the heart of David his father had been.”
       Satan recognizes the power of sexual intercourse and is using it to his advantage because not much is taught on this topic by God’s people. The world’s media is inundated with vivid and explicit information on sex; one cannot go a minute without being bombarded by information of a sexual kind. 
      The power of sex in decision making cannot be over emphasized. We are told that Adam was not deceived (1Tim 2:14) but Eve : the most beautiful and seductive woman the world has ever known, so much such so that even animals were mesmerized by her beauty: through her sexuality  persuaded Adam to turn against God in willful surrender to Satan.  King Solomon was adjudged the wisest man to ever walk the earth however his wisdom was no match for the power of sex (1kings11:1-40). He too turned his back against God because of sex. The fall-out of the misappropriation of sexual energy by these icons in humanity was the loss of their kingdom and a relegation to a life of untold self -induced hardship.
       Sexual-transmutation is the term used to explain the science behind sex. The word "transmute” means "the changing or transferring of one element, or form of energy, into another." Napoleon Hill said ‘The emotion of sex brings into being a state of mind. The emotion of sex has three constructive potentialities, they are (1) The perpetuation of mankind (2) The maintenance of health, (as a therapeutic agency and (3)The transformation of mediocrity into genius through transmutation.






Sexual transmutation is the switching of the mind from thoughts of physical expression, to thoughts of some other nature (good or evil).
       Sex desire is the most powerful of human desires. Scientific research has disclosed that  men of greatest achievement (good or evil) are men with highly developed sex natures; men who have learned the art of sex transmutation .Also men who have accumulated great fortunes (legally or illegally) and achieved outstanding recognition in literature, art, industry, architecture, and the professions, were motivated by the influence of a woman. The scripture in Matt 19:3-5 says "..shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?" The act of sexual intercourse between a man and a woman produces this one flesh relationship (1Cor.6:15-16).There’s no such thing as casual sex. Sex with a spiritually impotent person automatically leads to failures in one’s prayer life and laziness in fellowship, evangelism, tithes and offering, ministry and studying God’s word thus creating room for demonic activities to thrive in one’s life.  Whether or not the man and woman ever cleave to each other in marriage; the physical act still binds them together as one flesh. Marriage is beyond, becoming one flesh, in John 4:17-18. Jesus explained that living with and having sex with a person does not automatically make them your husband or wife as the case may be. Marriage involves more than sexual relations. Marriage is a covenant that binds two persons together and when done under God’s guidance, leads to sustainable progress and a glorious destiny.

CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF FAITH

COMMON CAUSES OF DISUNITY.

Proverbs 29:22 NLTBible        Disunity is defined as : disagreement and conflict within a group. It is the greatest hindrance to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Disunity creates an avenue for Satan to promote sin.       The causes of disunity are not farfetched ,they include : Unhealthy Crave for power or self- promotion. Whenever there is an unhealthy pursuit of influence in a family or group it results in resistance. Self-promotion gives birth to unfair practices and injustices. In Numbers 12: 1-15  Moses' sister Miriam and Aaron rebelled against him desiring to rule by force and in Numbers 16 :1-35 Korah led an insurrection against Moses desiring to be part of leadership.
