POWER IN SPEAKING POSITIVELY

  True beauty is determined by your speech .The words you speak could either make you appear ugly or beautiful. A woman known for speaking positive words always appears more beautiful than those who speak negativity. This is the reason for the loss of sexual attraction among many married persons .

Your life is the sum of the effects of the speeches you have consciously been making about yourself , immediate family , your church , extended family , friends ,community and nation . It is impossible to keep speaking negatively about ones immediate family, church , extended family, community and country and be a happy person making sustainable progress.  Negative speaking is retrogressive resulting in stagnation. 

    The universe operates by the law of inputs and outputs. If you want a good output then consciously make good inputs especially when nobody is watching. Loving, healthy speeches has a great effect on the speaker especially those in leadership positions. The bible says "The older counselors replied, “If you are good to these people and do your best to please them and give them a favorable answer, they will always be your loyal subjects.” 2 Chronicles 10:7 NLT

  Never speak demeaning words to anybody to avoid being  rejected . Avoid speaking harshly . The scriptures says 'A gentle answer deflects anger, but harsh words make tempers flare."Proverbs 15:1 NLT Bible  You must not speak except you are sure you have the attention of your audience. If you do not have their attention it's better you put off speaking to a later time ,this will earn you respect. The Bible says " Patience can persuade a prince, and soft speech can break bones."Proverbs 25:15 NLTBible  

  Learn to speak words that builds the self esteem of your listeners . " Kind words are like honey— sweet to the soul and healthy for the body." Proverbs 16:24 NLT . The way you address your spouse can affect your marriage positively or negatively and it is visible to the public . 

     We are preserved by speaking wise words (Proverbs 14:3) and godfearing persons are known by their wise counsel ( Prov.31;26b) that is one way to measure spiritual maturity , the scriptures says " Indeed, we all make many mistakes. For if we could control our tongues, we would be perfect and could also control ourselves in every other way." James 3:2 NLTBible We control our lives by first controlling our speeches. Positive speeches opens doors while negative speaking closes doors ,resulting in poverty .

    Through positive speeches the weak are made strong (Isaiah35:3-4) and the discouraged are encouraged ( Isaiah50:4) this is what happens when we speak the word of God . It gives life to the hearers ( John 6:63) Positive speakers are nation builders while negative speaking destroys nations. You cannot prosper in a country that you repeatedly speak negative of .

     Believers in Jesus Christ are expected to speak as oracles of God (1Pet 4:11). This we do by sharing testimonies of God's goodness (Acts12:17) with a sense of humor We were filled with laughter, and we sang for joy. And the other nations said, “What amazing things the Lord has done for them.”Psalms 126:2 NLTBible

Prayer : Heavenly father forgive me of my sins against you I believe Jesus Christ died and was raised again for my salvation I receive him as lord and saviour and receive the Holy Ghost and power for extraordinary progress in Jesus name.

CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF FAITH

COMMON CAUSES OF DISUNITY.

Proverbs 29:22 NLTBible        Disunity is defined as : disagreement and conflict within a group. It is the greatest hindrance to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Disunity creates an avenue for Satan to promote sin.       The causes of disunity are not farfetched ,they include : Unhealthy Crave for power or self- promotion. Whenever there is an unhealthy pursuit of influence in a family or group it results in resistance. Self-promotion gives birth to unfair practices and injustices. In Numbers 12: 1-15  Moses' sister Miriam and Aaron rebelled against him desiring to rule by force and in Numbers 16 :1-35 Korah led an insurrection against Moses desiring to be part of leadership.
