DELIVERANCE FROM CHRONIC SPIRITUAL FINANCIAL FAILURE

" Are any of you sick? ... And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results." James 5:14‭-‬16 NLT

     " Woe to you who plunder, though you have not been plundered; And you who deal treacherously, though they have not dealt treacherously with you! When you cease plundering, You will be plundered; When you make an end of dealing treacherously, They will deal treacherously with you." 

 Isaiah 33:1 NKJV

    A pastor's son stole the entire offerings from his father's office and relocated to another state over 2000 miles away . This resulted in the pastor's sack from work and public humiliation. 

  I noticed a string of painful financial disappointment over three years in the life of this young man and they followed a particular pattern of accusations, he did not enjoy goodwill  . While praying for him ,the lord said there was something he needed to confess concerning his father . I told him and he then confessed , I told him to go and ask for  his father's forgiveness and that as proof of forgiveness his father should pray for him and send me a letter about their meeting . He visited his dad who was glad about the turn of events.

   They both reconciled and we prayed  in line with James 5:16 and he received his breakthroughs a few days later .

   This young man was a devoted church member for years but was experiencing retrogression . 

    There are consequences for every action we take and being born again will not exempt a person from the consequences of disobeying the law of gravity by attempting to jump off a ten storey building unprotected . 

  The wicked manager in Luke 16 :1-9  thought that by being 'good' to customers he will be saved from the consequences of defrauding his employers . There are so many persons who like that manager destroyed someone else's business despite the kindness of their employers , these persons are presently engaged in one form of ministry work or the other thinking the lord will overlook their wicked actions . In some cases the employers died as a result of the business failure and families destroyed . Some persons are stuck maritally as a result of violating Isaiah33:1 . Being a church worker or pastor will not prevent the manifestation of the consequences .

   The bible says " Whoever rewards evil for good, Evil will not depart from his house."

Proverbs 17:13 NKJV. In the new testament Ananias and Sapphira rewarded evil for good to their pastor Peter (Acts5:1-11). A person will keep running from church to church for deliverance  until they confess to the offended party. The law of grace in Jesus is more dangerous than the laws of Moses . The bible says  "For anyone who refused to obey the law of Moses was put to death without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. Just think how much worse the punishment will be for those who have trampled on the Son of God, and have treated the blood of the covenant, which made us holy, as if it were common and unholy, and have insulted and disdained the Holy Spirit who brings God’s mercy to us." Hebrews 10:28‭-‬29 NLT

Prayer : Heavenly Father forgive me of my  sins against you I believe Jesus Christ died and was raised again for my salvation , I receive him as Lord and saviour and receive your Holy Spirit and power to walk in integrity .

CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF FAITH

COMMON CAUSES OF DISUNITY.

Proverbs 29:22 NLTBible        Disunity is defined as : disagreement and conflict within a group. It is the greatest hindrance to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Disunity creates an avenue for Satan to promote sin.       The causes of disunity are not farfetched ,they include : Unhealthy Crave for power or self- promotion. Whenever there is an unhealthy pursuit of influence in a family or group it results in resistance. Self-promotion gives birth to unfair practices and injustices. In Numbers 12: 1-15  Moses' sister Miriam and Aaron rebelled against him desiring to rule by force and in Numbers 16 :1-35 Korah led an insurrection against Moses desiring to be part of leadership.
