TURN COMPLAINTS INTO PROPHECIES FOR BREAKTHROUGHS (2)

I will praise the lord at all times. I will constantly speak his praises. Psalms 34:1

    It has been proven that most persons tend to be healthier after separating from a previous relationship with a contentious or complaining partner. It has been scientifically proven that exposing oneself to a habitually complaining person will result in the damage of one's brain resulting in major illnesses that could  result in permanent body damage even  death. This is main reason why the bible says it is better to suffer the hardship of living in the wilderness than living with a complaining spouse . 

     On the average people spend more time with their mothers than with their fathers from childhood thus mothers tend to have more emotional influence on the average human being than the fathers. Faith love and hatred are virtues learned from our parents or guardian we are closest to . 

   A person who is emotionally attached to a Christian parent who does not see anything wrong with being contentious, complaining: keeping malice for over twenty years is most likely to think complaining and keeping malice is a way of life that is acceptable by God even when the Bible condemns it . Likewise a child exposed to loving parents full of faith is most likely to think faith and love is a way of life .

  Parents have a strong influence on the spirituality of  children and this reflects in their relationships as adults . A relationship is as strong as the bonds of faith , knowledge , understanding motivated by love ( Gal 5:6) . They are the premises upon which an enduring family legacy is built . These were the features seen in young Timothy's upbringing that led to Paul's commendations in 2 Timothy 1:5 "I remember your genuine faith, for you share the faith that first filled your grandmother Lois and your mother, Eunice. And I know that same faith continues strong in you. '  The greatest gift  parents can bequeath to their children is the knowledge of faith which works by unfeigned love. 

   Through faith we turn our complaints to prayers and from petitions into prophecies and breakthroughs . During those trying times in our relationships faith in the Lord and our partners is reinvigorated when we remind ourselves of past breakthroughs in the family and country .

   The psalmist was faced  with life -threatening situations and instead of complaints he knew how to praise the Lord as a way of reviving faith in the Lord  In psalm 103 :1 he went on and on in remembering the good and wonderful ways in which the Lord had treated him in the past . So instead of complaining which will give the devil the advantage , we should rather look for reasons to praise God regardless of our situation. 

   As a family tradition  , family members should develop a habit of writing down things they are thankful for and take note of noticeable improvements in your country in say transportation , ease of doing business etc and we should learn to remind each other of kind actions done towards each other in the past . This is a strong morale booster and builds faith .

   Prayer : Heavenly Father forgive me of me against you I believe Jesus Christ died and was raised again for my salvation I receive him as lord and saviour and receive peace in the face of crisis in Jesus name.
