ACTING ON GOD'S WORD RELEASES POWER

Matthew 14:29, "And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus."
Peter found himself in uncharted territories, it was scientifically possible for man to walk on water. He knew for this to be possible ,he had to surrender to a law that transcends physical science. His response to Jesus' invitation was what activated the transcendental power of creation that suspends the galaxies in their mean positions. Jesus Christ is the personification of the Word of God in the physical with infinite authority over all creation [John1.3] This is where the power came from for Peter to walk on the water.
Whenever God speaks , His word carries the self regenerating power needed to confirm that word.We release this power by believing in God's word and acting on it.This is the same power that raised Christ from the dead and God wants us to be well acquainted with His power. This exceeding greatness of God's power works in our favour.
God's power is effectual only for those who totally rely on Him.Peter was ready to die for what he believed in. We must believe to receive a miracle . As long as Peter's focus was on Christ he walked on the water and eventually walked with Jesus back to the boat over a long distance after a momentary failure. The other disciples were too afraid to trust the lord and missed out on this once in a life time experience .To receive a miracle from God, one has to leave the security of one's personal provisions and be willing to walk in uncharted territories where there are no other options outside a divine intervention. God has no super apostles (Rom. 2:11). Anyone can walk on water, it could be you. Receive grace for boldness to act on the revealed word of God for a major breakthrough in your situation in Jesus name
