REMOVE EVERY LIMITATION CAUSED BY DOUBT
NO ROOM FOR FEAR AND DOUBT IN YOUR HEART
Mark 6:52, "For they considered not the miracle of the loaves: for their heart was hardened."
Rebellion against Godly authority leads to one having a hard heart.Imagine a sponge being used to collect water from a container and squeezed into the mouth to quench one's thirst and a stone being used to do the same ,this should give us an idea of what a hard heart is like before God.
The disciples were, "sore amazed in themselves beyond measure, and wondered" at how possible it was for anyone to walk on water. To be "hardened" means "to make calloused, unyielding or cold in spirit, or insensitive to." The disciples were not God haters, but rather they had become so accustomed to physical world with its limitation that they were overwhelmed to see Jesus supersede the laws of physical science. They wouldn't accept that as possible . They had forgotten the past miracles they had witnessed they had become over familiar with Jesus .They saw Him feed the five thousand and also the four thousand After all, it was Jesus' idea for them to get into the ship and He was therefore responsible for them.And they thought He was close enough to save them from the storm even if He had to walk on the water to do it.
We tend to be more sensitive to fear and doubt than we are to the truths of God's Word. This is because we have been taught more on things that build up fear and doubt.Our parents raised us up on fear. God would rather have us harden our our hearts to doubt by considering only God's Word. Through constant meditation on God's word we can be as sensitive to God and faith as we have been to the laws of doubt. As you read this now , receive grace to make God's word the center of your consciousness and to walk in the supernatural in JESUS NAME
