Hebrews 10.23 "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) "The word 'profession ' is the greek word "homologeo" meaning to acknowledge  ownership by confession and giving thanks .This is the reason why we must attend a bible based and spirirt-filled church where the word of God is declared regularly.
        Psalm 92:12-14 says: "The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon." .. "Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing." . Our future is secure in Jesus Christ.
Thriving In a Time of Famine-Confession

CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF FAITH

It is the substance ( title deed) of things hoped for ,the evidence of things not seen (Hebrew 11:1) .The Bible warns against not having faith in God. Lack of faith is equal to calling God a liar and untrustworthy. COMMON CAUSES OF DISUNITY.

Proverbs 29:22 NLTBible        Disunity is defined as : disagreement and conflict within a group. It is the greatest hindrance to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Disunity creates an avenue for Satan to promote sin.       The causes of disunity are not farfetched ,they include : Unhealthy Crave for power or self- promotion. Whenever there is an unhealthy pursuit of influence in a family or group it results in resistance. Self-promotion gives birth to unfair practices and injustices. In Numbers 12: 1-15  Moses' sister Miriam and Aaron rebelled against him desiring to rule by force and in Numbers 16 :1-35 Korah led an insurrection against Moses desiring to be part of leadership.
