ENTER THE SECRET PLACE

Isa 8:17 KJV “And I will wait upon the Lord, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.”
Ps 91:1-2 NKJV “who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.   I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust."
          Scarcity increases value , the things we treasure most cost more . Great preparations goes into mining diamonds, gold and other precious metals, many persons will go any length to acquire these items because of the value they add to owners of precious metals . Likewise, God is mysterious, revealing himself only to those who love him and are dedicated to living for Him .
      He reveals himself through his Word to persons according to the state of their heart  Ps 103:7 KJV “He made known HIS WAYS unto Moses, HIS ACTS unto the children of Israel.”  The children of Isreal had a state of heart that was different from Moses’ and he revealed himself to them differently .
     The phrase 'HIS WAY' is the Hebrew word  Derek: it means ,  a road (as trodden); figuratively, a course of life or mode of action, custom , conversation . The Phrase 'HIS ACTS ' is the Hebrew word ‘aliylah’ which means; an exploit of God, or a performance (of man, often in a bad sense); by implication, an opportunity:  the Israelites were not interested in having a personal relationship with God but were interested in God’s opportunities and their experience with God was short of a pleasant one . They did not love the Lord from the heart but where only interested in what they could get from him .
      Moses on the order hand loved the lord from his heart and sacrificed his all to follow the lord . He understood the lord’s custom , mode of action and conversation (prayer) . The church has many opportunists , persons who do not truly love the lord , they are only interested in his blessings . This is the reason behind the crisis in many Christian marriages and homes. An opportunistic spouse is prone to infidelity and is very insensitive to their partner’s feelings .
        The bible says do not grieve the Holy Spirit ; an indication that God has feelings . The person who dwells in the secret place is sensitive to the feelings of the Holy Spirit . The Holy Spirit has a culture of love , it is his nature and every conversation with him should be driven by love . Jesus Christ said in John 13:34-35 “So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples."
          Jesus Christ demonstrated God's love by giving himself as the ultimate sacrifice on the cross of Calvary as a penalty for our sins , The old testament required that sin offerings be given to the high priest who presented them to God in the Holy of Holies , the priest had to first give an offering for his sins an indication that the old testament was not sufficient to save humanity . Jesus Christ paid for our sins once and for all and gave us access to the God’s presence (Heb.10:10) .  We are one in spirit with Jesus Christ and dwell in him and he in us in God’s secret place (2Cor.5:17, Romans5:1, Heb12:22-24 ) Col 2:10-12 NLT says “ So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.  When you came to Christ, you were "circumcised," but not by a physical procedure. Christ performed a spiritual circumcision—the cutting away of your sinful nature.  For you were buried with Christ when you were baptized. And with him you were raised to new life because you trusted the mighty power of God, who raised Christ from the dead.” You are in the secret place where  Jesus Christ dwells and Psalm 91:1 promises that Ps 91:1-2 NKJV “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.  I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust."
Prayer : Heavenly Father , Forgive me of my sins , I believe that Jesus Christ died and was raised again for my salvation I receive him as lord and receive grace and immunity against the deadly pestilence  in Jesus name .

CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF FAITH

COMMON CAUSES OF DISUNITY.

Proverbs 29:22 NLTBible        Disunity is defined as : disagreement and conflict within a group. It is the greatest hindrance to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Disunity creates an avenue for Satan to promote sin.       The causes of disunity are not farfetched ,they include : Unhealthy Crave for power or self- promotion. Whenever there is an unhealthy pursuit of influence in a family or group it results in resistance. Self-promotion gives birth to unfair practices and injustices. In Numbers 12: 1-15  Moses' sister Miriam and Aaron rebelled against him desiring to rule by force and in Numbers 16 :1-35 Korah led an insurrection against Moses desiring to be part of leadership.
