SAFETY IN THE GOD'S UNFAILING PROMISES

 Ps 91:4” He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection.
Heb 11:33 NKJV  “who through faith subdued kingdoms, worked righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions”
   The bible is the inerrant word of God containing His promises to His children . The word of God is an expression of His divine nature .God is all powerful , trustworthy, loving and all-present . He is consistent with His Word.
          The universe was created  by the Word of God , therefore , everything is subject to God’s Word . The word of God is truth and God is obligated to confirm His word whenever the Word of God is spoken in faith .   The scriptures says in Isa 55:10-12 TLB "As the rain and snow come down from heaven and stay upon the ground to water the earth, and cause the grain to grow and to produce seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry,  so also is my Word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It shall accomplish all I want it to and prosper everywhere I send it. “
      The word of God never fails and concerning the believer in Jesus Christ the word is our source for provision and security . Everything we shall ever receive is contained in the Word of God . Whenever we speak His word concerning our protection, God’s mighty victorious angels are obligated to fulfill the spoken word .
    It is for this reason that the scriptures says we should allow the word dwell richly in us. There is always a word for every situation we find ourselves and  with regards to our security , the word of God is our source of safety , whenever we are tempted to be afraid we should speak God’s word and listening to yourself  while speaking God’s word gives faith . Faith comes from hearing God’s word spoken by us or someone else.
        God’s word says Ps 91:4 NLT ” He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings.
His faithful promises are your armor and protection.”  Hold on to His promises in the dark times. The word of God is our only source of hope. Make it a habit to be close to carriers of God’s word , invest quality time in listening to , reading scriptures because our lives depend on it .Fear is an indication of the absence of God's word in our hearts. It happens when we spend less time reading and listening to scriptures . Hatred for God's word is hatred for God and you cannot be protected or provided for by someone you hate. Hunger for His word should be above that for money then we can say we love God's word ( Matt.6:24) It is the love for money above God that's behind all our woes. Passion for God's word increases through bible study meetings. 
       There is great profit in attending Christian gatherings where quality time is spent on the reading of the gospel ; the more you expose yourself to the reading of the gospel,  the more radiant you appear because of the Zoe life in you . Zoe gives hope.  Apostle told Timothy    1 Tim 4:13-15 KJV “Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.”
Prayer : Heavenly Father forgive us of our sins against you , I believe Jesus Christ died and was raised again for my salvation , I receive Him as lord and savior and receive grace for protection against disaster in Jesus name.

CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF FAITH

COMMON CAUSES OF DISUNITY.

Proverbs 29:22 NLTBible        Disunity is defined as : disagreement and conflict within a group. It is the greatest hindrance to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Disunity creates an avenue for Satan to promote sin.       The causes of disunity are not farfetched ,they include : Unhealthy Crave for power or self- promotion. Whenever there is an unhealthy pursuit of influence in a family or group it results in resistance. Self-promotion gives birth to unfair practices and injustices. In Numbers 12: 1-15  Moses' sister Miriam and Aaron rebelled against him desiring to rule by force and in Numbers 16 :1-35 Korah led an insurrection against Moses desiring to be part of leadership.
