       The blessing of God upon a believer is an eternal power to succeed as long as requisite laws are followed. The universe operates by systems such as the solar system, navigational system, agricultural system, biological systems, Astra system, economic system, political system , family system and so forth . Each system operates by laws and it is important we understand how each system works in other to enjoy the fullness of God’s blessings upon our lives.         Most of what is referred to as curses are the consequences of violating these laws. Each law has within it the power to punish those who violate the law . The law of the solar system does not allow a person to gaze directly into the sun, violating this law leads to a person being punished by the sun with blindness. Therefore, to enjoy the universe a person must be able to make the necessary preparations to observe its laws.      Preparation always precedes blessi...

      The born again Christian is blessed with all spiritual blessings and the manifestations of these blessings are conditioned on we taking the necessary steps of faith.  Faith without work (necessary and specialized skills) is dead. A pot of soup can only taste good when the ingredients are properly prepared in the right proportions. Left by themselves, they do not taste good and are poisonous to the body, likewise waiting for God to manifest our blessings without taking corresponding actions is detrimental to our wellbeing.      The scriptures say 2 Kings 3:16 – 20 NIV   … and he said, "This is what the Lord says: Make this valley full of ditches…The next morning, about the time for offering the sacrifice, there it was — water flowing from the direction of Edom! The scriptures says in  Exodus. 23:12 " Six  days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt rest: that thine ox and thine ass may rest, and the son of thy  handmaid, and the stranger, may be refreshed". The disciples were accused of violating the law of the sabbath because they harvested food on the Sabbath.         The purport and intent of the Sabbath was for refreshment and this would have been defeated if the disciples had perished in hunger. This informed Jesus' response to His critics when He said the sabbath was made for man and not the other way round.     ...

Rom 14:17        This teaching is not intended to encourage alcohol abuse nor condemn those who drink alcohol beverages but rather gives a balanced view on the issue of the consumption of alcoholic beverages by Christians.
