HOW TO SUPERNATURALLY EXPERIENCE DIVINE ACCESS

PRAYER:THE POWER TO OPEN CLOSED DOORS    
 Once Jesus was in a certain place praying. As he finished, one of his disciples came to him and said, "Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples." Luke11:1
        The disciples desired freedom from the shackles of the traditions of the religious Jews which involved the performance of all manner of rituals involving painful and expensive sacrifices before a person’s prayer  could be heard 
    This was a very tortuous process therefore, being able to pray to God directly without those rituals was a fantastic option .The request by the disciples was not for Jesus to teach them how to pray but rather for them to develop an affinity or passion for prayer like Jesus had. They saw that He enjoyed praying to the Father. Prayer should be something we should always look forward to doing because of its inherent benefits. They were witnesses to the benefits of prayers in Jesus’ life. They saw the ease with which He worked miracles and observed the close link  between prayer and operating in the supernatural .
    It was a habit of Jesus as in Luke 5:16 which says Jesus withdrew Himself from the disciples and went to the wilderness to pray. The disciples saw that prayer was the surest way of having an intimate moment with God outside the reading of scriptures or through prophetic visitations, dreams and visions. In Luke 9, while Jesus  prayed the mountain and it’s atmosphere was transformed into a spiritual hologram with  Moses and Elijah present. It was the most extraordinary manifestation of heaven- on- earth experience ever witnessed by the disciples . They automatically  knew that Jesus’ strength lied in His commitment to prayer.       
         Prayer creates room for the easy manifestation of the supernatural. The best  way  to demonstrate this is what happens when you attempt to lift five office pins using one of the pins. But when a pin is attached to a magnet long enough , it soon becomes a magnet itself. Under this new magnetic state a pin can be used to lift five or more pins. The fellowship one has with the Father during prayer transforms  you into a living human magnet of some sort that attracts the treasures of life. The magnet has the capacity to manipulate its environment in other to get a job done: so it is with the man of prayer. Multitudes often thronged to see Christ after a session of prayer Matt 8:1 KJV ”When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him.”
            Jesus spoke with so much authority , so it is, with the person who prays.  Jesus said in John 15:5 that without Him, we can do nothing. There are many things that we should do in addition to prayer, but without prayer we can’t achieve much.  Prayer is one of the main ways of abiding in Christ (John 15:7).Prayer is what creates the atmosphere for the miraculous to take place . Therefore , to experience the miraculous we should like Jesus pray without ceasing  with the confidence in God’s promise in Luke 11:10 AMP “For everyone who asks and  keeps on asking receives; and he who seeks and  keeps on seeking finds; and to him who knocks and  keeps on knocking, the door shall be opened” No man can shut the door to your progress in Jesus name

CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF FAITH

COMMON CAUSES OF DISUNITY.

Proverbs 29:22 NLTBible        Disunity is defined as : disagreement and conflict within a group. It is the greatest hindrance to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Disunity creates an avenue for Satan to promote sin.       The causes of disunity are not farfetched ,they include : Unhealthy Crave for power or self- promotion. Whenever there is an unhealthy pursuit of influence in a family or group it results in resistance. Self-promotion gives birth to unfair practices and injustices. In Numbers 12: 1-15  Moses' sister Miriam and Aaron rebelled against him desiring to rule by force and in Numbers 16 :1-35 Korah led an insurrection against Moses desiring to be part of leadership.
