VICTORY STARTS WITH A THOUGHT LIKEWISE DEFEAT



THE  VICTORIOUS MINDSET
Mark 11:22-23 "Have faith in God," Jesus answered. "I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. NIV
       To better understand what it means to believe, just imagine meeting a friend whom you have not seen for ten years and he invites you to a circus show where he works as a stunt man. He pleads with you to be his assistant in a stunt that involves shooting an apple placed on a person’s head with a high caliber pistol while blindfolded. He requests that you place the apple on your head while promising that you won get shot.   If you believe him, you will gladly place the apple on your head. The same is with God, if you are not willing to put your life on the line for Him, then you don’t believe in God. To doubt God is equal to calling Him a liar and untrustworthy. .  
      .  We are enjoined to have faith and not doubt. Every believer has faith (Rom 12.3), but most believers also have an abundance of doubt that negates their faith. Doubt is like turning off a car’s ignition and wondering why the car won’t move. Faith is the opposite. The power of God dwells in the spirit of the child of God  just like the power in a vehicle's engine and until one has faith enough to turn the ignition on, that power will be useless
God's people are in a lifetime battle with Satan and his kingdom and there are no breaks or neutral grounds" Our enemy goes about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Pet. 5:8). Those who resist the devil will see him flee (Jas. 4:7). The only ones whom he devours are those who don't actively fight against him.
The mind is the battlefield where ideas that are contrary to God's Word, need to be subjugated and brought under Christ, our supreme leader     
. Just as enemy soldiers are captured in war, contrary thoughts must be taken captive and made to submit to Christ. Our battle against  Satan takes place in our subconscious. The spiritual weapons given to us are designed for the express purpose of taking all thoughts captive and making them obedient to Christ while we keep our minds completely rested upon the Lord.
     These weapons of ours are for the dismantling of  satanic Imaginations; and every exalted entity that has taken the place of the knowledge of God in our lives. This is achieved by deliberately focusing our minds on present and past victories in our lives because failure to do so leads to overwhelming care and anxiety. By acknowledging God’s involvement even in the smallest event will cause peace and keep our hearts and minds in tune with the lord leading to victorious faith for extraordinary breakthroughs (Philemon1.6). Receive grace to overcome every satanic manipulation of your mind as you read this now in Jesus name

CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF FAITH

COMMON CAUSES OF DISUNITY.

Proverbs 29:22 NLTBible        Disunity is defined as : disagreement and conflict within a group. It is the greatest hindrance to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Disunity creates an avenue for Satan to promote sin.       The causes of disunity are not farfetched ,they include : Unhealthy Crave for power or self- promotion. Whenever there is an unhealthy pursuit of influence in a family or group it results in resistance. Self-promotion gives birth to unfair practices and injustices. In Numbers 12: 1-15  Moses' sister Miriam and Aaron rebelled against him desiring to rule by force and in Numbers 16 :1-35 Korah led an insurrection against Moses desiring to be part of leadership.
