STAY UNDER AUTHORITY BECAUSE OF ANGELS

 " For this reason, and because the angels are watching, a woman should wear a covering on her head to show she is under authority." 

1 Corinthians 11:10 NLT Bible 

   "Yes, praise the Lord , you armies of angels who serve him and do his will!" Psalms 103:21 NLT Bible 

    The word 'angels ' is the Hebrew word mal'âk it means , messenger, representative, priest or teacher,  or prophet  or supernatural theophanic being . The bible describes these figures as belonging to an army. The army is synonymous with regimentation and authority is well defined . Breaking of ranks is an abomination in the military and the same applies in the realm of the spirit . The scriptures says in  Joel 2:7 'They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks:"

    This describes the operations of God's messengers , they cannot function where authority is not defined. One of the reasons prayers do not get  answered is because the person involves has 'broken ranks'  the word 'break ' in Joel 2:7 is the Hebrew word âbaṭ which means 'to interchange' . There is no room for exchange of roles as in a woman taking the office of the husband ,a child usurping the office of a father and so on . 

       Before engaging in any form of spiritual warfare on behalf of anyone  first seek to know if they are under authority. Some persons have brought terrible problems upon themselves by praying for persons without making proper investigations. The scriptures says "And after you have become fully obedient, we will punish everyone who remains disobedient." 2 Corinthians 10:6 NLT The Bible says Angels , pastors   , prophets are assigned to facilitate prayers and they can only do so when the law of family honour is in place. 

     Apostle Paul was alluding to this truth in the Corinthian church where there was contention  between the married women and their husbands. There was issues bothering on exchange of roles " ..... man is made in God’s image and reflects God’s glory. And woman reflects man’s glory. For the first man didn’t come from woman, but the first woman came from man. And man was not made for woman, but woman was made for man. For this reason, and because the angels are watching, a woman should wear a covering on her head to show she is under authority. " 1 Corinthians 11:7‭-‬10 NLT Bible 

  " In the same way, you wives must accept the authority of your husbands... 1 Peter 3:1 NLT it is easier to win men over through the law of family honour than through fashion trends " Don’t be concerned about the outward beauty of fancy hairstyles, expensive jewelry, or beautiful clothes. You should clothe yourselves instead with the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God. This is how the holy women of old made themselves beautiful. They put their trust in God and accepted the authority of their husbands " 

Prayer : Heavenly father forgive me of my sins against you I believe Jesus Christ died and raised again for my sins I receive him as Lord and saviour and receive the Holy Ghost and power to restore broken families in Jesus name.

CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF FAITH

COMMON CAUSES OF DISUNITY.

Proverbs 29:22 NLTBible        Disunity is defined as : disagreement and conflict within a group. It is the greatest hindrance to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Disunity creates an avenue for Satan to promote sin.       The causes of disunity are not farfetched ,they include : Unhealthy Crave for power or self- promotion. Whenever there is an unhealthy pursuit of influence in a family or group it results in resistance. Self-promotion gives birth to unfair practices and injustices. In Numbers 12: 1-15  Moses' sister Miriam and Aaron rebelled against him desiring to rule by force and in Numbers 16 :1-35 Korah led an insurrection against Moses desiring to be part of leadership.
