DOMINION OVER DEMONS THROUGH THE KNOWLEDGE OF CHRIST'S DIVINITY

" Then  certain of the vagabond Jews,  exorcists, took upon them to call over  them which had evil spirits the name of  the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you  by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.  And there were seven sons of one  Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests,  which did so.  And the evil spirit  answered and said, Jesus I know, and  Paul I know; but who are ye?  And  the man in whom the evil spirit was  leaped on them, and overcame them,  and prevailed against them, so that  they fled out of that house naked and  wounded."  Acts 19: ,13-16 

   'And these signs shall  follow them that believe; In my name  shall they cast out devils; they shall  speak with new tongues;" Mark 16:17

   Demons are fallen angels on a mission to fulfill the devil's mission to kill , steal and destroy .Jesus Christ gave the born again believer power to cast out demons the day you  received him as lord and saviour Luke 10:19 . Behold, I give unto you  power to tread on serpents and  scorpions, and over all the power of  the enemy: and nothing shall by any  means hurt you.' You have power over Satan and his demons. Hallelujah. 

   The yoke-destroying anointing dwells in the born again believer . The Bible says in 1 John   26 -27"These  things  have I written unto you concerning  them that seduce you. But the  anointing which ye have received of  him abideth in you, and ye need not  that any man teach you: but as the  same anointing teacheth you of all  things, and is truth, and is no lie, and  even as it hath taught you, ye shall  abide in him.'

   The three reasons why God's people struggle to cast out demons are 1) Pride 2) practising a known sin and 3) the love for money or deceitfulness of riches .These are the qualities of a religious Christian and not a born again believer. The born again believer is one with Jesus Christ in sprit , soul and body , therefore , whenever demons look at them , they see Jesus Christ . 

    The born again believer is driven by the conviction of the divinity of Jesus Christ. The Bible says " That ye  might walk worthy of the Lord unto all  pleasing, being fruitful in every good  work, and increasing in the knowledge  of God;  Strengthened with all might,  according to his glorious power, unto  all patience and longsuffering with  joyfulness;" Colossians 1:10-11. This scripture says you are as powerful as the revelation you have of the divinity of Jesus Christ. Colossians 1:13-19  explains why demons feared Apostle Paul. It was the revelation he had of Jesus Christ as God. Those demons saw Paul in the image of Jesus Christ but saw the religious Christian ( Sons of Sceva) as powerless mere mortals. 

   Satan is not moved by religious people , he is moved by the revelation in the name of Jesus Christ

Philippians 2:10-11' That at the name of Jesus  every knee should bow, of things in  heaven, and things in earth, and   things under the earth;  And  that  every tongue should confess that  Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of  God the Father.

Prayer ; Heavenly Father forgive me of my sins against you I believe Jesus Christ died and was raised again for my salvation I receive him as lord and saviour and ask that you fill me with your Holy Spirit and power to heal the sick. Amen.

CONSEQUENCES OF LACK OF FAITH

COMMON CAUSES OF DISUNITY.

Proverbs 29:22 NLTBible        Disunity is defined as : disagreement and conflict within a group. It is the greatest hindrance to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Disunity creates an avenue for Satan to promote sin.       The causes of disunity are not farfetched ,they include : Unhealthy Crave for power or self- promotion. Whenever there is an unhealthy pursuit of influence in a family or group it results in resistance. Self-promotion gives birth to unfair practices and injustices. In Numbers 12: 1-15  Moses' sister Miriam and Aaron rebelled against him desiring to rule by force and in Numbers 16 :1-35 Korah led an insurrection against Moses desiring to be part of leadership.
